Job summary

Franklin Templeton in Chennai seeks a skilled PMO analyst for Shared Services operations. You will document processes, translate requirements into configurations, and act as a subject matter expert on FTS systems.

You’ll review initiatives, mentor analysts, and lead testing to ensure effective system enhancements. The role requires strong analytical abilities, a background in investment operations, and proficiency with Dimension, BO, and Aladdin platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Dimension, IM Actions, Business Objects, and FTS systems.
• Experience in Aladdin platform like Core Operations, Security Maintenance, Reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of investment management operations and reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business processes and translate them into system requirements and configuration specifications.
• Act as a subject matter expert on FTS processes and systems.
• Review initiatives, assess impacts, and recommend improvements.
• Bridge gaps between business and technology teams.

About The Department

• Our Shared Services Support PMO team ensures smooth operations across FTS core systems and business processes. We collaborate to solve complex challenges, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic initiatives that drive company priorities. Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
