Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited is seeking a skilled professional to own end-to-end integrations with partner organizations. You will gather requirements, evaluate solutions, design, build, test and maintain integrations while coordinating with BAU teams for ongoing support.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, project leadership across multiple applications, vendor relationship management, and continual process optimization within IT services.

Qualifications

• Involved in planning towards designing of integrations and directing various teams including partner resources to develop, maintain and monitor these deliveries
• Engage with stakeholders to align process and technical integration approaches
• Review with partners to manage integrations; update per application weekly
• Lead multi-application projects across teams with changes
• Build vendor relationships to meet business needs and standards
• Drive QA: code review, test automation, defect metrics, and test env management

Responsibilities

• Involved in planning towards designing of integrations and directing various teams including partner resources to develop, maintain and monitor these deliveries
• Involve in business discussions with stakeholders at operational levels so as to help business implement the solution appropriately – both from process and technical approach. This forms the basis of the integration solution approach
• Perform continuous and periodic reviews with partners towards managing and functioning of these integrations - at least one update per application per week
• Implementations of projects consisting of multiple changes involving different applications and teams
• Implement and direct towards creation of successful vendor relationship so as to develop the solutions meting the business needs and standards
• Continuous review, evaluation and feedback with partners in order to have a win-win situation- 1 meeting per month
• Perform review so as to optimize processes at IT and help direct towards resolution of conflicting scenarios
• Regularly review and update with trends of technologies in industry / competition towards integrations
• Represent in internal IT and technology meetings with recommendations towards strengthening our implementations basis the analysis of industry benchmarking
• Implement and manage a quality assurance processes through implementing steps towards code review, test automation, defect measurement and IT application environment management

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for implementation of end to end integrations of applications with partners - conceptualizing, gathering requirements, solution evaluation, design, build, test and maintain, ensuring on-time & within cost delivery. The role is also responsible for maintenance of the application with BAU teams
