Job summary

Anko GCC, the global capability centre for Kmart Group Australia, is seeking an experienced finance professional in Bangalore. The role focuses on managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy of master data and timely processing.

You will lead a small team and coordinate with stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of accounting experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in accounting and finance processes.
• Proven ability to drive AP & AR outcomes through a team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with master data governance and finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP and AR processes to ensure timely settlements.
• Oversee master data maintenance and accuracy across finance systems.
• Identify and mitigate process risks within finance operations.
• Lead and develop finance team members and coordinate with other functions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with controls.
