Job summary

CMS Computers Ltd in Mumbai (Andheri) is seeking a capable Business Analyst with 3–8 years experience to lead requirement gathering with project stakeholders, translate processes into clear functional specs, and prepare BRD/FRD artifacts. The role focuses on insurance domain and enterprise applications, with 6 days a week on-site work.

You will collaborate with architects, development and testing teams, support UAT, ensure traceability and governance, and drive changes through the delivery

Qualifications

• Lead requirement gathering and business analysis activities with project stakeholders and business users.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and use cases.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, process flows, requirement documents and traceability artefacts.
• Conduct gap analysis and support definition of application enhancements and change requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, development and testing teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Support UAT, requirement clarifications and stakeholder reviews throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure requirement documentation, approvals and changes are managed as per defined governance processes.
