Job summary

You will gather requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, write user stories, and drive Agile epics while maintaining governance and standards. Qualifications

• Experience in gathering requirements and creating BRDs/FRDs.
• Ability to define and govern enterprise analysis standards.
• Experience with Agile epics, user stories, and backlog management.
• Domain knowledge in Financial Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise business analysis strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Establish governance standards and best practices across teams.
• Lead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives involving BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, User Stories, and business process transformation efforts.
• Define enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, validation, and change management.
• Establish governance frameworks for backlog management, requirement prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive business process improvement and requirement management maturity initiatives across programs and portfolios.
• Lead requirement reviews, governance discussions, and business solution assessment activities.
• Define standards for business analysis deliverables, documentation quality, and stakeholder communication.

• Establish business analysis frameworks, requirement governance standards, and best practices across teams.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on business analysis maturity, requirement quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and delivery effectiveness.
• Establish best practices for requirement governance, business analysis standards, and organizational capability development.
• Define governance and best practices for adopting AI-assisted business analysis tools across programs to improve requirement engineering, documentation quality, productivity, and delivery effectiveness while ensuring compliance, data security, and business accountability.
