Job summary

Adani Realty is seeking a seasoned Civil/Architecture professional to lead approvals roadmaps for major projects in India. You will coordinate inputs with Regulatory and Corporate Affairs, review technical submissions, and draft responses to authority observations.

The role requires ensuring audit-ready documentation, managing inspections, and keeping the approvals repository up to date. Ideal candidates have 6–12 years total experience, 3–8 years in relevant roles, with B.Arch/B.E.

Responsibilities

• Build project approvals roadmap (stage-wise) for Maharashtra; map dependencies to design freezes and execution milestones.
• Coordinate submission inputs with central Regulatory/Corporate Affairs (drawings, statements, certificates, undertakings) and ensure checklist compliance.
• Review submissions for technical correctness; support DCPR/DP interpretation notes and compliance matrices as needed.
• Act as technical support during authority queries/observations; draft responses and coordinate revised drawings with Design teams.
• Track approvals status, ageing and next actions; publish weekly MIS and escalation notes to BD Head/SBU governance.
• Coordinate inspections/hearings; ensure site readiness and documentation packs for evidence-based closures.
• Maintain approvals repository, correspondence logs and evidence trails for audit readiness and renewals.
• Proactively identify approval risks and mitigation actions; expedite through structured follow-ups and facilitation routes.

Qualifications

Essential-B.Arch / B.E.-Civil / Urban Planning / related technical qualification from a recognized institution.

Desirable/Preferable - MBA / PGDM (Operations, Infrastructure Management, Strategy) / LLB / PG in Urban Planning / Environment / Liaison with demonstrated authority-interface exposure.
