Job summary

Grassik Search in Bengaluru is hiring Lead/Staff Backend Engineer (ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES) to build core infrastructure and ML tooling. You will develop production-grade APIs in Python and FastAPI and design scalable distributed systems.

You will deploy on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) using Docker and Kubernetes and collaborate with PMs, designers, and ML researchers to ship ML-enabled products. Strong Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL skills required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building data or ML platforms.
• Strong Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
