Job summary

Nasugroup is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to architect and deliver scalable cloud-native applications using Python (FastAPI) and AWS. You will design microservices, implement CI/CD, optimize MongoDB models, and integrate Camunda and Finite State Machines for complex workflows.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience, hands-on leadership, and strong expertise in Python, AWS, MongoDB, and enterprise workflow-driven platforms. Gurgaon location, full-time.

Qualifications
