Job summary

Majoris Technologies is seeking a Backend Engineer Lead to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services across cloud environments. You will guide a team, set technical direction, and collaborate with clients to translate requirements into robust solutions.

The role requires hands-on coding in Python, .NET, or Java using modern frameworks. We value experience with databases such as Oracle, Azure SQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB and GenAI deployments on cloud

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with at least one of the following databases: Oracle, Azure SQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Minimum of 1 years experience in developing GenAI solutions using any LLMs and deploying them on cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to understand project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, debug, and improve solutions.
• Effectively collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
