Job summary

Hudl is seeking a Lead Fullstack Engineer to shape scalable tools powering global sports analytics products and operations. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver robust back-end and front-end features across distributed teams.

Based in Goregaon, Mumbai, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reliable systems and accelerate automation and AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Currently in a product-based organization.
• Hands-on backend languages: C#, Node.js, Java or Python.
• ReactJS experience is a plus.
• Experience designing scalable web applications.
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Experience leading large product or platform initiatives.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical discussions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with globally distributed teams.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale full-stack features across Hudl's sports technology platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in full-stack software development
• Currently working in a product-based organization
