Job summary

Baazi Games in India requires an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable backend services and APIs. You will own architecture, system design, and technical decisions, writing clean, production-ready code and optimizing REST APIs and databases.

Responsibilities include ensuring performance, scalability, security, and reliability while mentoring engineers and collaborating with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java/Node.js backend technology.
• Strong understanding of DSA, OOP, databases, APIs, and system design.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Good understanding of AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
