Qualifications

• 8+ years of API test automation and quality engineering experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Automation QA Lead with deep expertise in API Testing, Automation Framework Development, and AI-driven Test Automation. This strategic leadership role requires a hands‑on professional who can architect scalable automation solutions, drive quality engineering initiatives, mentor teams, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery across complex service-oriented and microservices-based architectures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to leverage emerging AI/ML technologies to transform traditional testing practices into intelligent, efficient quality engineering solutions.

Role & responsibilities

Automation Framework Development & Strategy

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of scalable, reusable, and high-performance automation frameworks for API and service testing using RestAssured, Postman, and SoapUI.
• Define and implement enterprise-level automation strategies aligned with quality engineering best practices.
• Ensure framework reliability, scalability, maintainability, and seamless integration with existing development ecosystems.
• Drive automation adoption and standardization across projects and teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in API test automation and Quality Engineering.
