Job summary

Adani Transmission (ATL) in Mumbai seeks an experienced security systems engineer to lead end-to-end planning, design, implementation and commissioning of security automation systems for new and existing projects.

You will manage Access Control, Perimeter Intrusion Detection, Facial Recognition, and CCTV systems, integrate platforms into a unified ecosystem, and coordinate with IT, site management and vendors to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or equivalent.
• CCNA Certification preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in security systems design and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, design, implementation, and commissioning of security automation systems for new and existing projects.
• Take ownership of all security automation solutions deployed at sites, ensuring seamless functionality and reliability.
• Manage ACS, PIDS, FRS, and CCTV/Video Surveillance Systems.
• Design, integrate, and optimize multiple security platforms into a unified security ecosystem.
• Coordinate surveillance architecture and ensure efficient routing, recording, and monitoring of camera feeds at the SOC.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring failures.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance site security.
• Drive technology enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement across sites.
• Engage with technology partners and vendors for product evaluation and solution assessments.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate PoC demonstrations and pilot deployments.
