The Head of Security Automation provides strategic direction and leadership in implementing and managing advanced security technologies across the conglomerate. Job Responsibilities

Head - Security Automation

Strategic Leadership

Define and lead the security automation strategy, aligning with the Group Security Head’s vision and the conglomerate's goals.

Establish governance frameworks for the deployment, standardization, and maintenance of security technologies across all business units.

Champion innovation by staying abreast of global trends and integrating emerging technologies to future-proof the organization’s security posture.

Evaluate and influence policy development to ensure a cohesive approach to technology-driven security initiatives.

Security Technology & Automation

Oversee and direct the implementation of cutting-edge security technologies, including AI-driven analytics, IoT devices, and integrated monitoring platforms.

Ensure scalability and sustainability of existing security systems (CCTV, access control, biometrics, etc.) and drive upgrades as needed.

Develop frameworks for automated threat detection, escalation, and response mechanisms to enhance real-time situational awareness.

Advocate for continuous improvement, leveraging data analytics to optimize system performance and detect vulnerabilities.

Project Governance

Provide strategic oversight for large-scale security automation projects, including budgeting, risk mitigation, and resource alignment.

Ensure alignment of project objectives with business priorities and regulatory requirements.

Drive accountability by defining project milestones, KPIs, and quality benchmarks for timely delivery and performance.

Partner Selection & Engagement

Shape the selection strategy for technology vendors, integrators, and solution providers to ensure alignment with organizational standards and long‑term goals.
