Job Description

• Good domain knowledge of Finance & Accounting.
• Fair understanding F&A process P2P
• Perform process quality checks as per frequency & sampling strategy.
• Provide feedback to associates on performance quality.
• Attend Calibration Calls (Internal and External) and ensure a minimum variance in assessment
• CCRP process adherence, record keeping and analysis.
• Analyse root cause of the errors and prepare error trend analysis and reduction plans
• Undertake quality improvement initiatives
• Prepare process specific reports.
• Participate in reviews/meetings.
• Share inputs for Process Training.
• Tracking SLA CTQs related to process accuracy.
• Client communication.
