Responsibilities

• Monthly closing & reporting: daily, monthly, and quarterly GL activities for timely R2R delivery.
• Prepare and review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements (e.g., SAP or BlackLine).
• Support internal/external audits with documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with AP, AR, Treasury, and FP&A for smooth financial operations.

Job Description

• Monthly Closing & Reporting: Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly GL accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate R2R (Record to Report) delivery.
• Journal Entries & Reconciliations: Prepare and review standard and complex journal entries, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Balance Sheet Integrity: Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, develop action plans to mitigate risks, and enhance process efficiency (e.g., SAP or Blackline).
• Audit & Compliance: Support internal/external audits by providing documentation and maintaining compliance with company regulations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and FP&A teams for smooth financial operations.
