Job summary

WNS Global Services Pvt Ltd in Gurgaon is seeking a Lead Associate - Process Training (Accounts Payable) for the US shift (3:30pm to 12:30am). This role focuses on designing and delivering training for Accounts Payable processes.

You will create training materials, maintain MI, ensure adherence to standards, and manage multiple stakeholders. Requires commerce degree and 3-5 years in F&A within BPO/BPM.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce.
• Proficient in the Finance and Accounting domain, with exposure to the BPO/BPM industry in PTP/OTC/RTR.
• Preferred certification: Finance and Accounting Certification.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in F&A with good domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training for aligned Accounts Payable processes with domain expertise in: Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, Vendor Management, New Hire Training, BAU Interventions.
• Create and maintain detailed training MI and documentation.
• Design, develop, and deliver training on F&A product and process training on a need basis.
• Adhere to signed-off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans, and other prescribed regulations.
