Job summary

WNS in India is seeking a Quality Analyst with strong Finance & Accounting knowledge to support P2P processes and perform quality checks. You will participate in calibration calls, provide feedback on performance quality, and help ensure adherence to SLAs and CTQs.

You will analyze error trends, prepare improvement plans, and contribute to process reports while driving quality initiatives and client communications. This role focuses on maintaining accuracy and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications
