Job summary

WNS, part of Capgemini, seeks someone for Transactional Quality role in Finance and Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Cash Applications, Disputes, Credit Management). 2-3 years of experience required, ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle preferable). Shift flexibility is expected.

The role involves quality checks, ISO documentation, feedback to associates, and data-driven improvement initiatives. Candidates from BPO/KPO backgrounds with strong MS Office and Six Sigma are preferred.

Job Description

Transactional Quality Role – Non Voice - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&A Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Cash Applications, Customer Disputes, Credit Management, Dunning, Bad Debt Management, Aging reports, Refunds and reconciliations etc. ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle Preferable) for faster integration Candidate should be flexible with shifts.

• Perform transactional quality checks based on sampling strategy on various AR activities

• Provide feedback to associates on performance quality
• CCRP process adherence, record keeping and analysis
• Error trend analysis and reduction plans
• Prepare process specific reports

• Tracking SLA CTQs related to process accuracy
