Job summary

Archer is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to support investment operations with middle and back office tasks. You will handle reconciliation, transaction processing and deliver exceptional client service in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities include investigating cash and position exceptions, validating cash transactions, executing daily controls, and coordinating with custodians, banks and brokers. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 0-1 years reconciliation experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
