As Manager - Reconciliations, you will provide leadership, governance, and oversight across Cash, Position, Private Credit, and Derivatives Reconciliation functions. You will be accountable for ensuring reconciliation activities are performed accurately, completed on time, and delivered in accordance with established control standards, client requirements, and regulatory expectations.
12-15 years of relevant industry experience in Portfolio Reconciliations, Corporate Loans and Structured Finance, within Middle Office Operations, including 6 - 7 years in a people leadership role.
Strong subject matter expertise across Reconciliations, Private Credit, Trade Management, Corporate Actions, Data Management, Derivatives, and related Middle Office functions.
Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment in identifying issues, assessing risks, determining materiality, and escalating matters appropriately.
Excellent organizational, operational, project management, and process improvement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven commitment to accuracy, quality, accountability, and timely execution of deliverables.
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build effective partnerships across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
