Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale corporate events.
• Experience in employee engagement and customer-facing events in a corporate environment.
• End-to-end event execution including planning, coordination and amplification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute thematic internal communications campaigns aligned with key company priorities.
• Ensure effectiveness of internal communications to clearly deliver company messaging to employees via multiple channels.
• Maximize in-house design and content creation to optimize costs.
• Manage budget adherence for outsourced creatives and collateral.
• Optimize event on-ground visibility and amplification for internal and external events cost effectively.
• Deliver engaging content and creatives for campaigns including merchandise ideation and catalogue design.
• Drive innovative digital solutions and enhance localized, multilingual, and inclusive communications.
• Support strategic corporate-led events and internal campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and employee engagement.
• Collaborate across departments providing creative and communication support.
• Conduct location visits to understand various business functions and foster networking.
• Participate in ICE surveys, focus groups, and aim to achieve recognized best practices and performance deltas.
• Continuously improve storytelling, communication, and business acumen to authentically represent company products and values.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder settings with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
