Job summary

SecNinjaz is expanding its AI division to deliver next-generation cybersecurity solutions. The Technical Project Lead – AI will own the AI strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end AI initiatives from concept to production.

Strong leadership and hands-on AI engineering skills are essential. The role requires 8+ years in AI/ML with at least 3+ years in leadership, and proven delivery of multiple production-grade AI/ML projects.

Position Summary

TheTechnical Project Lead – AI Development will lead and manage the entireAI division while ensuring successful execution of AI initiatives. Thisrole requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, projectmanagement excellence, and proven leadership capability. The selectedcandidate will be responsible for complete ownership of AI strategy,team management, model development, training, deployment, governance,and delivery execution. The candidate must have successfully executed atleast five (5) AI/ML projects end-to-end in production environments.
