Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and hands‑on AI Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development to lead technical initiatives and guide a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI systems architecture, along with a passion for solving real‑world problems through intelligent automation and data‑driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
  • Architect scalable AI systems and ensure integration with existing platforms.
  • Review code, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices in model development and deployment.
• Project Delivery:
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple AI initiatives.
• Innovation & R&D:
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
  • Experiment with new algorithms, tools, and techniques to improve model performance and efficiency.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
  • Monitor model performance and ensure reliability, fairness, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with hands‑on experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., Spark, Airflow).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
