Job summary

SecNinjaz Technologies LLP is seeking a Technical Project Lead – AI to build and lead the AI division, delivering end-to-end ML initiatives. The role requires strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and project-management excellence, with ownership of AI strategy and delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in AI/ML and at least 3 years in leadership, with proven track record of 5+ AI/ML projects in production, and experience enabling cross-functional collaboration and robust

Position Summary

TheTechnical Project Lead – AI Development will lead and manage the entireAI division while ensuring successful execution of AI initiatives. Thisrole requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, projectmanagement excellence, and proven leadership capability. The selectedcandidate will be responsible for complete ownership of AI strategy,team management, model development, training, deployment, governance,and delivery execution.
