About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Sr. Salesforce Engineer III with hands‑on experience in Salesforce Billing to join our team. The Lead Salesforce Engineer will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on Billing functionality. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce technical implementation, business process design, and development skills including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and experience in Salesforce Billing (CPQ is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex Salesforce Billing projects from technical design to production deployment.
• Partner with Salesforce teams, including Engineers and Platform Administrators, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative environment.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions focusing on Billing and Quote‑to‑Cash processes, ensuring seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze requirements and recommend business process enhancements.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for platform health, project delivery, and business outcomes.
• Manage user adoption, training, and change management initiatives to maximize Salesforce platform engagement.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5–7 years of enterprise‑level Salesforce hands‑on engineering experience, including implementations and platform optimizations.
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce Billing, CPQ (preferred), and integrations.
• Proficiency in Quote‑to‑Cash workflows and Billing enhancements.
• Deep technical and business process expertise in Salesforce development.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST/SOAP APIs, and related Force.com technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently and driving outcomes.
• Skilled at influencing cross‑functional teams and driving alignment without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data governance, and industry best practices.
• Salesforce certifications (Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect) are a plus.
