Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
- Azure/Network/Cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.

- Responsible for understanding and implementing technical strategy and roadmap for cross-domain programmes
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to strategic design principles for architecture across all applications
- Consulted on strategic technology decisions across GCIO domains
- Informed of broader Group technology strategy changes that may impact cross-domain programme delivery
- Accountable for resolving technical blockers that impact programme timelines and business outcomes
- Responsible for providing technical expertise to support business objectives and programme deliverables
- Consulted on technical feasibility assessments for business requirements
- Responsible for executing technical resolution and processes in accordance with Enterprise System Delivery Lifecycle (E-SDLC)
- Responsible for coordinating with integration services, database teams, and central technical teams
- Consulted on process improvements and technical standardization across domains
- Accountable for providing technical guidance and mentorship to programme team members
- Responsible for leading cross-function technical teams to resolve technical blockers.
- Responsible for ensuring effective collaboration and resource utilization within technical teams
- Accountable for identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical risks across all programme applications
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices across all applications
- Responsible for escalating significant technical risks that may impact programme delivery
- Informed of operational risks that may require technical intervention or support
- Responsible for ensuring technical compliance with governance frameworks and architectural standards
- Consulted on technical governance framework improvements and standardization
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
