What You'll Do

The Lead Analyst - FP&A serves as a strategic finance partner supporting Corporate Functional leaders through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. The role drives actionable insights, supports informed decision-making, promote financial governance, and leads continuous improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and data-driven solutions. The incumbent is expected to influence stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and collaborate across global teams to deliver business value. This position would be an Individual Contributor. Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial planning processes for assigned functions. Partner with business leaders to provide insights on financial performance, cost drivers, risks, and opportunities. Deliver meaningful variance analysis and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes. Develop and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and financial models to support decision-making. Drive process simplification, automation, and standardization to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and cost optimization efforts through financial analysis and scenario planning. Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance requirements, and reporting standards. Collaborate effectively with global finance teams and stakeholders to deliver shared business objectives.

Qualifications

Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance), preferably. 9-10 years of FP&A and accounting experience.

Skills

Excellent Analytical skills to interpret financial data, Written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with MS-Office - particularly Excel, Power Point, Word and other reporting tools Working Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools - ORACLE, SAP, EPBCS, etc.. Experience with Oracle Financials and SAP preferred Adaptable to varying cultures. Continuously seeks opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and leverage automation.
