The candidate should have 8+ years of IT experience with Workday Core HCM and reporting, and be capable of translating business needs into technical solutions while collaborating with HR stakeholders on

Impact

Experienced Workday Consultant with 8+ years of IT experience, including strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security and Reporting. Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize data integration and analytics solutions using Workday Reporting and HCM, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Deliverables

• Manage and maintain Workday Core HCM, Workday Security and Workday Reporting
• Configure and support worker lifecycle events
• Support Workday reporting and analytics initiatives
• Assist in security configuration and data access controls
• Maintain compensation and organizational data structures
• Support business process optimization and automation
• Configure and support end-to-end Core HCM processes
• Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards leveraging Workday data
