Job summary

Genpact is looking for a Lead Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization in Bengaluru to drive HR analytics, build scalable dashboards, and enable data-driven people insights.

You will manage data collection, quality across HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow, and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports with clear recommendations. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with Business Analytics, CS or Statistics or Master’s in Data Science.
• Certifications in data management or BI are a plus.
• Experience with HR analytics and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize HR data from diverse sources.
• Maintain and validate HR data repositories for reporting.
• Apply data governance and ensure data quality across HR systems.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Manage data requests and define stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance and other departments for integrated data.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Deliver insights to executive management for decision-making.
