Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization in Bengaluru. You will collect HR data from diverse sources, maintain data repositories, apply data governance, and produce standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions.

Collaborating with IT, Finance and HR, you will translate data into actionable insights, develop visually compelling dashboards using Power BI, and help drive data-driven strategies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in analytics or CS related fields.
• Strong data governance and data quality mindset.
• Experience with HR systems like SuccessFactors, Workday, or ServiceNow preferred.
