Job summary

You will assign work, prepare daily performance reports, train and ensure compliance, and drive productivity while maintaining quality standards. Strong AR knowledge, analytics, communication and coaching are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in RCM Operations.
• Strong knowledge of AR queues, payor rejections and denials.
• Analytical skills with clear thinking and reasoning.
• Excellent feedback, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate thought process clearly.
