Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a senior AI engineering leader to head the Hyderabad team and drive end-to-end AI applications from concept to production. You will collaborate with stakeholders to craft business solutions and set engineering standards across a global enterprise.

You will mentor engineers, review designs, and guide architecture, integration, and governance practices while aligning with data and platform teams to deliver secure, reliable AI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of software, data, application, or AI engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading technical direction for complex initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications end-to-end.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers.
• Financial services experience preferred.
