Job summary

Lexington Partners, part of Franklin Templeton, leads private equity data initiatives with a dedicated Data & AI team. The role focuses on building trusted data platforms, analytics capabilities, and AI-ready solutions to support informed decision-making across the organization.

You will work with U.S.-based colleagues and tech partners to design and deliver scalable data solutions, Snowflake schemas, and ETL/ELT pipelines, while advancing BI reporting and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 7+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience building enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Strong Snowflake implementation experience.
• Experience with Apache Airflow orchestration.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms.
• Experience delivering business intelligence solutions.
