Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Lead the end-to-end development of scalable backend services and high-performance frontend interfaces.
• AI‑Native Development: Integrate LLMs and agentic workflows into our core product, staying ahead of the curve in AI research and implementation.
• Technical Leadership: Partner with founders to translate ambiguous product visions into concrete, scalable technical specifications.
• Operational Excellence: Deploy and manage infrastructure that supports rapid scaling and data‑intensive AI workloads.
• Global Collaboration: Bridge the gap between Seattle and Hyderabad, ensuring seamless execution across time zones.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ Years of Experience: You’ve built and scaled production‑grade web services and understand what breaks at scale.
• Full‑Stack Fluency: Deep proficiency in backend systems (Server‑side logic, DB design, APIs) and an eye for complex, intuitive frontend UX.
• AI as a Force Multiplier: You don’t just know AI; you use AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, LLM APIs) to code 10x faster and better.
• Problem Solver: You have a "hacker" mindset—you can navigate undocumented APIs and solve problems without a roadmap.
• CS Fundamentals: Strong grasp of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithmic efficiency.
• Clear Communicator: Since we are a distributed team, your ability to document decisions and communicate via Slack/Meet is critical.
