Job summary

Franklin Templeton in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned GENAI engineer to design and deploy scalable AI solutions within the investment domain, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

You will build production-ready AI apps, create PoCs, evaluate models, and integrate AI into existing workflows while training and supporting teams to drive measurable business value.

The role requires 5–8 years of AI/ML experience and strong Python/R/Java skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, ML, or related field.
• Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Experience developing and deploying production-ready AI solutions.
• Experience with data preparation, model training, and optimization.
