Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and/or data science.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions from concept/POC through production.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure-based application/data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in AI/ML and Generative AI solutioning.
• Experience working with enterprise application and data ecosystems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and senior leadership.
• Experience with CI/CD and source control tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the existing application ecosystem, business processes, and data landscape to identify and recommend relevant AI/ML use cases.
• Lead the solutioning, architecture, development, and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.

• Design and implement Generative AI, RAG, LLM, and AI-agent-based solutions based on business requirements.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to leverage enterprise data platforms and data pipelines for AI/ML solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and data platforms.
