Job description

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Lead with a strong background in .NET technologies to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Azure AI services while leading technical teams and driving end-to-end solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered enterprise applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Architect and implement LLM, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build scalable AI services using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Search.
• Integrate vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search into enterprise applications.
• Develop AI agents and orchestration workflows using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, or Microsoft AI SDKs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Design secure, scalable APIs and microservices.
• Mentor development teams and establish AI engineering best practices.
• Drive code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical governance.
• Ensure performance, security, and responsible AI implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API).
• Strong experience in Azure Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Cognitive Search.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
• Knowledge of Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Vector Databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and Event-driven Architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Agentic AI architectures.
• Knowledge of Python for AI prototyping.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI model deployment.
• Azure AI or Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering enterprise AI transformation projects.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Retail, or Healthcare domains.
• Strong communication and client-facing experience.
