Job summary

TechnipFMC in Hyderabad invites a seasoned design/drafting professional to lead production of design/fabrication plans and installation sketches within SSE's projects, ensuring adherence to standards, schedules and quality targets.

The role involves coordinating designers, supervising teams, prioritizing work, supporting operations and identifying design risks, with strong English communication and advanced PM skills. An AA/AS degree in ME/EE/drafting is required.

Qualifications

• AA/AS Degree in ME, EE, Drafting or related field or equivalent.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in drafting or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of drafting, design, testing standards and tools.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Advanced organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise diverse cultural team.
• Ability to make recommendations for process improvements.
• Strong ability to transfer expertise and persuade.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all design deliverables are in accordance with the contract requirements, the project QHSE plan and TechnipFMC processes as well as drawing standards.

• Supports operations and inspection activities.
• Identifies risks associated with design activities.

Job Purpose
