Job summary

Baazi Games in India seeks an experienced Lead QA to drive testing across the complete game development and release lifecycle, including manual testing for web, mobile, and gaming applications. You will define test strategies, mentor QA engineers, participate in release planning, and ensure quality before production while collaborating with developers, designers, and product managers.

Experience with real-money gaming, poker or slots, and strong stakes in defect lifecycle and test case design

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in QA / software testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
• Proven experience in Game Testing, preferably in real-money gaming.
• Strong understanding of Poker and/or Slot Games.
• Good knowledge of game flows, game mechanics, betting, wallets, bonuses, and other gaming functionalities.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
• Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, test planning, and test case design.
• Experience working with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a QA team.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and overall product quality.
