Job Summary

The Developer Analyst Lead role collaborates with development, infrastructure, and architecture teams to build and maintain technology solutions. They are responsible for updates to applications and technology platforms, setting up monitoring, responding to issues, troubleshooting, and general maintenance of the systems. They will partner with the team manager on contributing to and implementing the business strategy chosen for the team, demonstrate ownership of a high number of strategic tasks, act as liaison for IT infrastructure, security, and development teams, and address requests, inquiries, and escalations from customers, help desk or business partners.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (mandatory), software development, and modern engineering practices. This role will work closely with Development, Architecture, QA, and Security teams to improve developer productivity, establish best practices, and accelerate software delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in AI (Mandatory)
• 12+ years of overall software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on development using AI platforms (e.g., Factory.ai and GitHub Copilot) from the overall SDLC perspective.
• 2+ years of experience leading development teams leveraging AI‑powered tools and practices.
• Good understanding of AI models (LLMs, SLMs, Foundation Models, etc.)
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, AI Instructions, and AI Agent creation.
• Ability to define and implement an AI‑driven Software Development Lifecycle (AI‑SDLC) strategy across the organization.
