Job summary

Experion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced AI Lead/Senior AI Engineer with 7+ years of AI/ML experience to spearhead solution design and hands-on development.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable Azure-based AI solutions and lead teams across data engineering and development. The role requires strong Python development, expertise in Azure, Generative AI, and CI/CD practices, with a proven track record delivering enterprise AI use cases

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and/or data science.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions from concept/POC through production.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure-based application/data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the existing application ecosystem, business processes, and data landscape to identify AI/ML use cases.
• Lead solutioning, architecture, development, and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.
• Develop hands-on POCs and production-grade AI applications to validate proposed solutions.
• Design and implement Generative AI, RAG, LLM, and AI-agent-based solutions.
• Evaluate AI models, frameworks, Azure services, data sources, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to leverage enterprise data platforms.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise applications and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI engineers and teams.
• Review designs, implementations, and AI/ML architecture for quality and scalability.

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead / Senior AI Engineer with 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, solution design, and hands-on development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem and the ability to identify, design, and develop AI/ML solutions aligned with enterprise application architecture and data strategy.
