Job summary

Arbro Pharmaceuticals is seeking a technically skilled analyst to perform routine and non-routine analyses using LC-MS, LC-MS/MS and GC-MS. The role involves method development, optimization, and validation in accordance with ICH guidelines, handling API and impurity analyses, and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with LC-MS, LC-MS/MS and GCMS analyses.
• Exposure to method development, optimization and validation per ICH/regulatory guidelines.
• Experience in GLP/GMP and data integrity (ALCOA+)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analyses using LC-MS / LC-MS/MS / GC-MS.
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods as per ICH/regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze samples related to API, impurities, stability, bioanalysis, or metabolites.
• Prepare and review analytical reports, raw data, and documentation.
• Ensure proper instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Handle sample preparation (extraction, dilution, derivatization, etc.).
• Comply with GLP, GMP and data integrity (ALCOA+) requirements.
• Participate in method transfer, audits and inspections.
• Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness and SOP adherence.
• Support investigations, OOS/OOT, and CAPA activities.
