Job summary

Emcure is seeking an Officer in Pune for analytical testing and instrument operation in a cGMP/GDP environment. You will perform HPLC analyses, calibrate systems, maintain columns and ensure data integrity and proper documentation.

The role requires MSc in Chemistry and 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical QC, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and laboratory best practices. You will follow Good Chromatographic Practices, use chromatography software, complete mandatory trainings,

Qualifications

  • MSc in Chemistry is required.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical QC environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of GDP and data integrity practices.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis using HPLC and other instruments per approved methods.
  • Operate and calibrate HPLC systems.
  • Follow Good Chromatographic Practices and integration guidelines.
  • Maintain chromatographic columns per established procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Integrity, cGMP, and Quality Manual.
  • Maintain training and GDP-compliant documentation.
  • Handle chromatography software including electronic signatures and automated calculations.
  • Complete assigned training through E-LMS and maintain training compliance.
  • Follow health, hygiene, personal practice, and facility entry/exit procedures.

Role & responsibilities
  • Perform analysis using HPLC (Waters and Shimadzu) and other laboratory instruments as per approved methods.
  • Operate and calibrate HPLC systems.
  • Follow Good Chromatographic Practices and chromatographic integration guidelines.
  • Maintain chromatographic columns as per established procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Integrity, Ethical Conduct, cGMP, and Quality Manual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Handle chromatography software(Chromeleon), including electronic signatures and automated calculations.
  • Complete assigned training through E-LMS and maintain training compliance.
  • Follow health, hygiene, personal practice, and facility entry/exit procedures.
Preferred candidate profile

To perform analytical testing and operate laboratory instruments in compliance with cGMP, Data Integrity, GDP and approved laboratory procedures.
