Job summary

Randstad Bengaluru is seeking a Landscaping Assistant to support organic outdoor maintenance. You will maintain lawns, gardens and outdoor spaces using eco-friendly methods and composting practices.

You will perform plant care including planting, watering, pruning and seasonal replacements with organic fertilizers; oversee hardscape elements with sustainable materials and coordinate with suppliers to source eco-friendly materials for timely project completion.

• Organic landscape maintenance: Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas using eco-friendly methods.
• Plant care: Handle planting, watering, pruning, and seasonal replacements with organic fertilizers.
• Hardscape management: Oversee pathways, seating areas, and decorative structures with sustainable materials.
• Eco-friendly practices: Implement water conservation, composting, and organic pest control.
• Vendor coordination: Liaise with suppliers for materials, tools etc. Project execution: Assist in design implementation and ensure timely completion of eco-friendly landscaping projects.
