Job summary

LEAMS Education Services (Gamma Holdings Ltd.) seeks a Professional Land Surveyor to conduct surveys, prepare sketches and reports, and verify data accuracy on site, ensuring precise boundary and land area determinations.

You will operate GPS, theodolites, and total stations, supervise field staff, and collaborate with engineers and construction teams to deliver accurate land assessments. You’ll also review legal records and present findings to clients and stakeholders with clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or related field.
• PLS licensure.
• Proficiency in modern surveying technology and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
