Job summary

Rays Power Infra in Bengaluru seeks a diligent land & legal compliance professional to manage title verification, due diligence, and documentation for solar/wind project sites. The role requires expertise in land laws, record maintenance, and coordination with advocates and revenue departments.

Preferred candidates will have LLB/LLM and Karnataka land law knowledge, with willingness to travel across Karnataka project sites.

Qualifications

• LLB/LLM preferred with experience in land/real estate law.
• Practical knowledge of Karnataka land laws and revenue procedures.
• Willingness to travel across Karnataka project sites.

Responsibilities

• Verify land titles and perform due diligence for project sites.
• Prepare and review sale deeds, leases, MoUs, GPA and related deeds.
• Verify mutations, RTC, EC, 7/12, pahani and other records.
• Handle land acquisition related legal documentation.
• Coordinate with government/revenue departments.
• Manage landowner disputes and assist in legal cases.
• Oversee registration and stamp duty processes.
• Coordinate with advocates and obtain legal opinions.
• Maintain land records and related documentation.
• Ensure land-related compliance for solar/wind projects.
