Job summary

PVL Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Male Lab Technician to join our diagnostic team at our Hyderabad location. The role involves hands-on lab work, sample collection, and occasional field camps.

You will operate diagnostic machines, assist with basic pharmacy tasks, and travel locally for medical camps. Candidate must have a DMLT/BMLT or equivalent, prior diagnostic lab experience, and a valid driving license with your own bike.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or relevant field.
• Prior experience in a diagnostic lab is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Pharmacy is essential.
• Must possess a valid driving license and have your own bike.
• Strictly for Male candidates due to camp duties and shift requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sample Collection: Efficiently handle blood samples, swabs, and other biological specimens from patients with precision and care.
• Machine Handling: Operate and maintain standard diagnostic lab machines and analyzers.
• Pharmacy Support: Utilize basic pharmaceutical knowledge to assist with inventory and basic medication dispensing when required.
• Outdoor Camps: Manage sample collection and basic diagnostic setup at outdoor medical camps.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel locally for camp duties using your own bike.

Position: Lab Technician (Male Only)
Salary: 15,000 per month (Fixed)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Male Lab Technician to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is willing to go the extra mile for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sample Collection: Efficiently handle blood samples, swabs, and other biological specimens from patients with precision and care.
• Machine Handling: Operate and maintain standard diagnostic lab machines and analyzers.
• Pharmacy Support: Utilize basic pharmaceutical knowledge to assist with inventory and basic medication dispensing when required.
• Outdoor Camps: Manage sample collection and basic diagnostic setup at outdoor medical camps.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel locally for camp duties using your own two-wheeler (Bike) .

Work Timings & Schedule:

• Shift: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Full Day).
• Break: Extended break/rest of a couple of hours will be provided in the afternoon.
• Flexibility: Must be flexible to handle early morning camp setups or late evening sample processing.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Have):

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or relevant field.
• Prior experience in a diagnostic lab is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Pharmacy is essential.
• Must possess a valid driving license and have your own bike (Fuel/Conveyance to be managed by the candidate).
• Strictly for Male candidates due to the nature of camp duties and shift requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive fixed salary of 15,000/month.
