What you will actually do:

• Own the specimen lifecycle on assigned client engagements — receipt, labeling, tracking, and analysis of blood, tissue, and body-fluid samples under full chain of custody
• Run routine and specialized analyses on hematology and clinical-chemistry platforms, with sign-off accountability for the results you report
• Carry the quality system on your bench: daily controls, calibration verification, and the discipline to invalidate your own run when drift says so
