Job summary

BAJAJ AUTO in India seeks an experienced role to manage vendor portfolios and field operations within the MC DMS department. You will allocate work, review cases with vendors, and coordinate with agencies to ensure timely resolution and compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years in related sectors, with a graduate/MBA background. You will report to the Area Manager and operate as an individual performer in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC.
• Qualification: Any Graduate/ PG/ MBA.
• Reporting to Area Manager and working as an individual performer.

Responsibilities

• Allocate portfolio to vendors based on past performance and FOS availability.
• Review cases with FOS/TL and assign work by disposition code.
• Coordinate with agencies for call planning and support on difficult cases.
• Manage receipt book, repo kits, and periodic audits.
• Close agency billing within 60 days of work completion.
• Obtain prior approvals in repo cases and assist agency on repo issues.
• Handle collection/repo customer service issues and escalations.
• Coordinate with legal for defaulter actions and enforcement agency liaison.
• Track and review BKT resolution with agencies and FOs.
• Restrict flow rates to next bucket for the assigned location.
• Remove non-performing FOs and recruit/train new teams as needed.
• Close CRM queries within the assigned TAT.
• Revert on RCU audit queries and implement actions at field level.
• Discuss receipt book discrepancies with agencies to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure 100% HHT utilization and submit reports; inform if HHT not working.

ROLE PROFILE/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocation of portfolio to vendor basis the past performance trend and FOS availability, creating adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio.
• Review cases with FOS / TL and work assignment basis the disposition code.
• Coordinating with agency resources and doing the call planning for better resolution, ensuring appropriate support to the agency on difficult cases.
• Receipt book & Repo kits allocation and auditing periodically
• Agency billing closure within 60 days of the work completed month.
• Ensuring prior approvals in repo cases & helping the agency manage repo related issues.
• Handling collection/repo related customer service issues/escalations.
• Coordinating with legal team for initiating legal actions against chronic defaulters & dealing with enforcement agencies in cases filed against BACL by customers/third parties.
• BKT resolution with agency and FOs level need to be tracked & reviewd.
• Flow rates to next BKT needs to be restricted on the location you are handling.
• Remove the non-performing FOs and recruitment the fresh team and train as and when required.
• CRM queries needs to be closed as per the TAT assigned.
• RCU audit queries must be reverted before TAT and implementation of committed action at field level.
• Receipt book discrepancies needs to be discussed with agency and ensure no reoccurrence of such issues in field.
• HHT 100% utilization and report to be submitted 
• HHT not working need to be informed
